In this article I would like to share with you a very healthy and delicious pancakes recipe that even a kid can make it in no time, and that everyone will love it! My fiancée loves these pancakes! So, without further due, let’s get into this quick and healthy pancake recipe!
Ok, so we would need for this recipe the following ingredients: 3 ripped bananas, 2 eggs, 100 grams of cranberries, half of cup of flour (or you could choose not to add at all), and honey!! That’s it! no sugar, no anything else! Ahh , and a pan :D! We really need that! :))
So we start by mashing the bananas in a bowl, really, really well, then we add the eggs and mix the composition really well. After that we add the half of cup of flour and the cranberries and we mix them really well. If it looks too thin then we add a little bit more of flour. It should have a normal pancakes consistency.
Now, if you don’t have a fancy ceramic pan, then you would need to add a little bit of butter or sunflower oil into the pan, so that the pancakes wont get stick to it. But if you have a ceramic pan, then you just put heat it a little bit and then you take a dipper (polonic in Romanian :D/ my boyfriend loves this word :)) )and you pour the mix into the pan. Leave it a few moments and then you flip the pancake. They don’t need to much time to get cooked because there is little flour in this mix. Once every pancake is cooked, you add some honey over it!
Also, if you don’t have cranberries than you can add sliced apples or pears, and even oat cereal. I also made them with these fruit, and the pancakes turned out really tasty!
